The organiser controls the office coffee rules, including reminder times, order cutoffs, pickup or delivery, payment style, staff limits, and what happens if a delivery order is under the minimum. Joining the group is free and staff are never required to order.
On coffee days, Kaffenio can send reminder emails so staff can order ahead, pay for their own items, or use a company-paid offer if the organiser has made one available. It keeps the office coffee run organised without walking around asking everyone individually.
